Is Kinetic at my address fiber or DSL?

How do I get the $200 prepaid Mastercard?
You must be a new Kinetic Internet customer — meaning you have not had Kinetic Internet in the past 30 days — and in good standing for 45 consecutive days after activation, with a valid email address. Once Kinetic confirms eligibility you receive a redemption email and can choose immediate electronic delivery or a physical card by mail. A physical card has a $3 shipping and handling fee deducted from its value and ships within 5–7 business days. There is a maximum of one prepaid card per household, and government accounts are not eligible.
What is the AutoPay credit and how do I get it?
The $5/month AutoPay bill credit requires separate enrollment, either through the Go Kinetic portal or by calling a Kinetic service representative. After you enroll, the credit can take up to two billing cycles to appear on your bill. Taxes, fees, surcharges and equipment fees are not included in the everyday price.
How long does the Kinetic price guarantee last?
The everyday price is guaranteed for 2 years on Fiber 2 Gig service and 3 years on Fiber MAX 2 Gig service. After the guarantee period ends — or if you relocate, change or suspend service — rates are subject to change. Printed bills carry a $2/month paper billing charge in most states.
Are Kinetic speeds guaranteed?
No. Kinetic does not guarantee upload or download speeds or uninterrupted, error-free service. Actual speed depends on network and terrain conditions, internet or network congestion, Wi-Fi use, the number of concurrent users, device limitations and your location. Plans of 25 Mbps and above may be provisioned within a range, and Kinetic provisions your location for the fastest speed available in that range.

Speeds: Kinetic cannot guarantee upload or download speeds or uninterrupted, error-free service. Speed availability, capabilities, and provisioning vary depending on several factors: network and terrain conditions; Internet, website, or network congestion; effect of wi-fi use; number of concurrent users; device limitations; and customer location. Speeds 25 Mbps and above may be provisioned in a range including a minimum and maximum speed. Kinetic will provision customer’s location for the fastest speed within the available range, but may be less than the maximum.
